I have seen all the above readings but not Tarot reading.Can any one clearly explain how it works and any way related to the other readings?

What does the 3 of cups mean in a tarot reading? I did a single card spread reading. My question was, what should I do in order to get a particular love interest I've had my eye on, to notice me: I draw the 3 of cups. Would anyone care to elaborate this answer? I know the 3 of cups usually means abundance or some form of celebration. but in terms of relationship advice, this is a rather vague card to draw advice from. *the 3 of cups is in the upright position.

I had my palm read and my cards read for me last night. It was strange all the stuff that this lady was able to tell me about myself in the past and she didn't even know me. She told me some pretty point blank things about my future. Does anyone believe in this stuff? If so, why? Have your card readings ever come true? Please tell me the story.
